We are best known for surveying and valuing residential property. This service also extends to commercial property. In addition, we regularly deal with Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Rating assessments, on all types of commercial property.

One of our specialisations is securing compensation for residential property owners for a loss in the value of their homes, due to the proximity of a new or an altered road. Road schemes with which we have been involved include the M25 and M40 widenings and also the Wendover and Aston Clinton by-passes.

We do not publish standard charges for our services. We prefer instead to discuss each task individually to ensure that we know what is required, and you know the extent of the service you will receive, before agreeing fees.

We specialise in property matters close to our main office and in particular in the Amersham, Chesham, Chalfonts, Chorleywood, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Hazlemere, Holmer Green, Gt Missenden, Wendover and Berkhamsted areas. We are happy to travel further a field but this may not be cost effective for you. Please contact us to discuss.
